- House in Sobreda 5 minutes from FCT (bus - 2 stops) and Egas Moniz with rooms only for students
- There are 4 rooms, three of them single for €375 and a double/shared room for €275 for each student (the double can also be converted for individual use)
- Includes electricity, water and internet costs
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, cutlery...) more: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, television, iron, hairdryer and vacuum cleaner
- 2 WC
- Ample space/common room for leisure
- Common pantry
- Open space garage for motorbikes or bicycles
- With terrace/terrace where you can dry your clothes and relax with a table and 4 chairs
- Close to the Faculty of Science and Technology (FCT); of Higher Education Egaz Moniz
- The owners do not live in the house, it is intended for students only
- For hygiene reasons, bed sheets, bath sheets and pillowcases are not included
