Bright, Furnished Room available for winter sublet in Restelo, Lisbon | Dec 1 – Jan 31
I’m subletting my room in a lovely, spacious apartment in Restelo, Lisbon, from 1 December to 31 January.
Rent: €600/month, bills included
Refundable deposit: €350
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, full wardrobe, desk and heater and gets plenty of natural light.
The apartment has a spacious shared living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is shared with just one other person.
You’ll be living with two respectful, easy-going male flatmates, so I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate and comfortable living in a shared home.
The apartment is in a peaceful residential area of Restelo, just 2 minutes’ walk from the bus stop, with great connections to Belém and the rest of Lisbon.
No pets allowed.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone for the full 2-month period, but I’m also open to a 1-month stay if it’s a good fit.
A simple written sublet agreement will be provided.
