Hello,
I am an Algerian student recently admitted to the PhD in Economics at ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon. My studies are scheduled to begin in the fall of 2026.
I am currently planning my relocation to Lisbon and am looking for a quiet, well-maintained room. I am a serious, calm, and responsible tenant, and I intend to stay in Lisbon for the full duration of my PhD, which is expected to last several years.
As I am organising my move well in advance, I would like to ask whether it is possible to make a reservation for September with flexible conditions (such as no upfront payment at this stage or free cancellation), given the early timing of the arrangement. Naturally, I would be very interested in extending the stay on a long-term basis once everything is settled.
Please let me know if this could be an option, and I would be happy to provide any additional information if needed.
